Ian is an audit partner in EY’s Financial Services Office (FSO) and has 22 years of experience serving private equity and other asset management clients. His industry expertise includes assurance and advisory services to large private equity complexes, including middle market buy-out funds, infrastructure funds, venture capital, mezzanine/distressed debt, primary and secondary fund of funds, large registered investment company complexes, public and non public investment advisors. Ian has significant experience with complex investment structures and works closely with EY’s Transaction Advisory Support and Tax Services practices. Ian has served as a speaker at a number of asset management workshops and seminars; including GP Best Practices panel on fair value, the FSO’s Annual Client Accounting Update and EY’s Infrastructure Tax Workshops.
