I work at the intersection of operations, governance and board oversight, bringing more than 30 years’ experience in asset-intensive, safety-critical service businesses, including power generation, field engineering, hire, plant and infrastructure support.My background is deeply operational, having led and overseen complex, multi-site environments where service reliability, safety, cost control and customer outcomes are tightly interlinked. Over time, my role has evolved from frontline and general management into enterprise-wide transformation, advisory and board-facing positions, supporting executives and owners through periods of instability, growth and change.I am known for helping boards and leadership teams gain a clear, unfiltered view of operational reality.
