I’m a construction professional with a strong foundation in both field operations and business leadership. As the former Branch Manager of one of Beacon Building Products\' largest and highest-performing locations, I led a team of 60 employees and oversaw all aspects of operations, sales, customer experience, inventory control, and safety compliance. My ability to blend technical roofing knowledge with strategic business management allowed me to drive growth and operational excellence.Before Beacon, I was a Project Engineer at Findorff, a premier construction firm in Wisconsin, where I managed commercial and residential projects ranging from $600K to $105M. My hands-on background—built through a Carpentry Apprenticeship and a Construction Trades Diploma—combined with field experience in subcontractor coordination, quality control, and budgeting, gave me a well-rounded skill set early in my career.Now, as the Owner of Frontline Exteriors and Construction, I bring all of this experience to the forefront. My focus is on delivering high-quality exterior solutions with integrity, efficiency, and a deep understanding of what it takes to execute successful projects from the ground up.I’m certified through GAF and hold additional manufacturer certifications with leading roofing brands. I’m also a proud member of the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) and the Wisconsin Roofing Contractors Association (WRCA). Combined with OSHA 30, CPR & AED certifications, these credentials reflect my commitment to industry best practices, safety, and excellence in roofing and construction.
