Renewable Energy professional with 15 years of experience, primarily in hydroelectric power generation and asset management.Accountable for the activities of the Asset Management team which include Compliance & Land Use, Dam Safety, and Project Management Departments. Assets under management included 85 hydroelectric facilities across several states ranging in size from less than 1mw to 417.5mw with total installed capacity of 1.6GW and annual LTA generation of 6,200 GWhr. Assets have also included multiple wind farms located in Arizona and southern California with a total installed capacity of over 200MW.Accountable for the administration of the company’s Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) program and driving the company HSSE culture. Involved with the development, review, and approval of HSSE and work procedures, project safety and environmental plans, and daily job plans.Accountable for the preparation and execution of the annual, 5-year, and 20-year CAPEX plans covering hydroelectric and wind facilities with an annual envelope of ~$32m. The Project Management team is responsible for delivering over 100 projects per year, ranging in cost from $20k to over $6m.M&A Activities – Support due diligence efforts of several hydroelectric facilities as well as the sale of assets that had reached the end of the investment fund life. Participated in Data Room creation, Management Presentations, bidder Q&A, and site tours with prospective buyers.
