Current role:(08/05/2012 to date) – Jacobs (Formally SKM Sinclair Knight & Merz)Senior Document Controller Rail/Projects Responsible for:• Managing the incoming and outgoing flow, storage and distribution of documentation for all Rail Projects –Currently working on project: for LTC Lower Thames Crossing Full Time as from 08/02/2020 (Using Business Collaborator, CEMAR & ProjectWise)- Previous Projects worked on - HS2 (Using Business Collaborator & ProjectWise), WRLTH Western Rail link to Heathrow (Using ProjectWise), Euston ONW (HS2)(Using ProjectWise),Step Free Access 8 Stations London Underground, Upminster Depot Project London Underground, Deeptube Project London Underground (all 3 using ASITE), Hither Green Resignalling Renewals (Using Bentley eb), Network Rail (Crossrail C123 Shafts (Using Bentley eb), Ealing & Upminster Depots Project (Using TW 4Projects System), Croxley Rail Link now Metropolitan Line Extension Project (New version of 4Projects 3G).• Have worked with LU to help, improve and train new Document Controllers (Holborn Office).• Managing Comment Log circulation and interfacing with Client Document Controllers.• Managing all Email Correspondences within a Project.• Developing processes and systems for staff to attain easy access to company documentation, developed a Window Link System.• Distribution of all Controlled Publications.• Production of the Document Control Procedure & associated documentation• Knowledge contact for all Document Control issues.
