ABOUT IAN BODEN

As an outgoing driven individual with 24 years of experience within the construction industry. I am confident that my skill set and wider knowledge will benefit me in the future. My career journey began as a joiner followed by various supervisory roles has allowed me to gain a comprehensive understanding of both new build social housing sectors. In 2018 I had the honour of being the Assistant Site Manager on a pride in the job winning an achievement that reflets my commitment to excellence and dedication tp ensuring high quality site Management. Additionally, my most recent Site Ranked within my building inspectors top 3 demonstrating my ability to consistently deliver projects that exceed expectations. My extensive experience in managing teams has equipped me with excellent man management skills, allowing me to effectively lead, mentor and support individuals, helping them grow in their respective roles. I pride myself on being able to foster strong working relationships, communicate effectively, and keep teams motivated to meet deadlines and expected targets. In addition to my leadership abilities, I possess a broad knowledge of all trades within construction, enabling me to address challenges across different areas and ensure the smooth progression of projects. I have a deep understanding of build program\'s, and my experience has taught me the importance of meeting deadlines and adhering to budgets set by clients and management alike. As well as a wide knowledge and understand of all aspects of health and safety within construction.
