set up this independent consultancy to add value to organisations with a range of sales, marketing and project management issues.Some of my key achievements within this role include: Aides entrepreneurs in generating marketing and sales plans for their products, developing a stream of revenue channels and brand development from scratch. Delivered new products into new markets by developing partnerships with globally recognised brands like Walmart, Hilton, Sainsbury’s and Centre Parcs to create brand awareness. Developed a food waste machine and taking it to a totally new market, lead the project from test units to £1M revenue per annum within 2/3 years.
