After a year in consulting, I\'m back in-house doing UX design and research for digital systems in the exclusive and independent agent sales channels for the AmFam Group\'s brands. My latest work includes exploratory and generative research on new systems and features, evaluative research and benchmarking before development and after release, and partnering with other UX, product, engineering, and business units to drive successful outcomes and delightful experiences for agents and customers alike.
