Having spent the last 16 years working within a variety of roles, I consider myself to be adaptable and suit the challenges of a dynamic changing environment. I especially like working within teams, either as a contributor or a leader.I consider my latest role to be one of my most successful. Putting my experience working within Data Centres to a different purpose; I took on the tasks of managing suppliers, reducing costs and raising productivity. Some of this was delivered via projects, others by careful negotiation and time spent housekeeping. Eventually becoming the budget holder, I gained considerable experience and developed new skills. This involved hard work, which delivered by incremental improvements and resulted in multi million dollar savings.As an Infrastructure services and programme / project manager, I have delivered a variety of new build outs and migrations. Some of this was for government secure clients, such as MoD and Rolls- Royce. Additionally these roles have involved leading teams, mentoring, managing budgets and being driven to hard unmovable deadlines. Specialities: Infrastructure, Data centres, Project management, productivity improvements, budget holder and leader.
