ABOUT IAN BAYNHAM
My career in tech has spanned over 25 years, with a deep Engineering and Leadership specialism in ML, AI, and Analytics. Over that time, I\'ve come to believe that the real innovation doesn\'t come from the technology itself, but from the people who create it.This personal journey led me to co-found Unlabelled and Limitless with my sister, a community that celebrates the unique strengths and challenges of being neurodivergent.
