Point of contact for the deployment of the Northern Ireland consolidation project. Working closely with NSN and MBNL to ensure transmission delivery is met within the stated timelines of the project. Highlighting issues with technical solutions to overcome deployment issues.Creation of etherways and cutover packs for 2G IP Abis, 3G and 4G technologies to enable activations to take place in a timely manner. Northern Ireland decom project ceasing MW links and backhaul LL to enable the partners to meet the reduced opex targets.Present designs to MBNL to allow concessions and technical approval for non-compliant transmission solutions.NTP3 design for the N3 area of UK, this involves transmission design to conform to the current design rules that have been issued. Identify new hubs and potential desktop LOS’s and microwave upgrades, ensuring that criteria set by MBNL is met.Completion of cluster designs, along with appropriate costs and confirmed LOS solutions, then present the technical solution to MBNL for approval to order.Set up “good to go” for transmission deployment of 2G IP Abis, 3G and LTE (EE and 3UK)Design JBP and buy in sites solutions for tactical and strategic deployment options.
