My background is as an athlete, educator, consultant, trainer, and coach.I’ve been fortunate. Throughout my life, I’ve had incredible mentors — people who challenged me, guided me, and helped me think bigger. They taught me that high performance isn’t about ego, hustle culture, or sacrificing everything else in your life. They taught me that health, happiness, high performance, and success can co-exist simultaneously.Over the last 15+ years, I’ve worked with students, athletes, parents, professionals, executives, and founders to pass on the knowledge, skills, and mindset that have helped me to build a life of thriving. Too many times, I have seen people push and hustle their way through life with the belief that effort will provide the answer, only to be sadly mistaken when they hit breaking point.I’m on a mission to help people optimize their health, happiness, performance, and success — without burning out or making the avoidable mistakes so many people make.That’s why I created Zoetic Pulse.Zoetic Pulse is built around 8 Pillars of Wellbeing & Human Performance — because real success is multi-dimensional.
