I am a self-employed Forex Trade, with over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. I leverage my expertise in bot trading and manual trading to generate income and growth for myself and others, as well as to share my knowledge and skills with new traders who want to learn the ropes of the Forex market. I enjoy the challenge and flexibility of this role, as well as the opportunity to apply my analytical and strategic thinking skills to optimise my trading performance and results.I have a core competency in employee training and development, having developed and delivered training programs for different levels and functions across multiple sites. I am also passionate about building relationships and resolving conflicts, using my skills in communication, problem-solving, and customer service to handle complex and sensitive cases and to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. I am always eager to learn new things and to adapt to changing situations, as evidenced by my upskilling and career progression within Centrica and Morrisons, where I held positions such as HR Business Partner, Store Manager, and Regional Training Manager.
