Configure and troubleshoot Casi-Rusco Micro 5 controllers (card access/badge reader system) to computer systems with Windows platform. Flash current boot code and application code to micros with direct or dial-up parameters. Pre-configure and program software with Micros and all related boards. Maintained all upgrades and configurations in Entry Perfect, Secure Perfect, Picture Perfect and Portrait Perfect and Facility Commander software- Integration to third party systems - DVTel, Exacq, Panasonic, Pelco, Arecont Vision, Axis, IQinVision and Sony- Responsible for training and support of software to customers. Ensure connectivity and functionality of card access systems and integration to compatible systems. Perform any hardware upgrades and configurations to computer systems (video capture cards, I/O cards, hard drives, raid systems). Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN systems for Client/Server applications utilizing various network protocols.
