Having spent many years in talent acquisition with a strong focus on environmental sustainability, I currently serve as the Global Talent Acquisition Manager at ERM. My mission is to align top talent with ERM\'s vision of driving sustainability worldwide, using my CIPD certification to refine and enhance recruitment strategies.
