In January 2025, I was promoted to IT Applications Administrator, where my responsibilities shifted to focus on the organization\'s software portfolio, managing and supporting new and existing applications, as well as offer training and develop documentation for efficient operations for all members of the gardens.Prior to role as IT Applications Administrator, I served as an IT Technician, where I was called to respond to Jira support requests for over 300 workstations at York and Chatfield locations; provide insight on new and current software and hardware needs; maintain and troubleshoot challenges within Microsoft Office; evaluate current and innovative hardware and software to meet organization needs.
