Hi, I’m Sushi. I’m a Product Design Lead at Meta’s Reality Labs, where I’m shaping the future of AI-powered wearable technology. With a background spanning both fast-paced startups and global tech companies like Meta, I’ve led high-impact design teams as IC and people manager and brought products to life from 0→1, as well as scaled and evolved mature products used by billions. My work spans platforms including mobile, responsive web, desktop, smart home displays, TV interfaces, MR/VR headsets, and most recently, wearables.🤝 I’m passionate about people and strategy. As a design leader, I strive to build inclusive, high-performing teams that solve real problems, spark innovation, and make a positive difference in the world. I’ve launched internal initiatives like Design Talks (a monthly learning series), co-led IC2M (a program supporting new managers across Meta), and even started Meta Swim Club—a fun way to build community and stay active through weekly workouts. Outside of work, I’m usually in the ocean—either surfing, diving or chasing sunsets. I’m equally energized by great design and great adventures.
