My work centres on building evidence bases and analytical frameworks that enable senior decision-makers to target investment, strengthen skills pipelines, and improve outcomes for residents.I lead analytics across several flagship programmes, including Connect to Work and Working Well Norfolk, where I design data models and performance dashboards that track participant journeys, provider delivery, and employment outcomes. I also oversee insight for Adult Skills Funding, developing provider KPIs and funding-assurance intelligence that informs contract management and strategic commissioning.My broader economic development work includes the Skills Supply vs Labour Demand framework, a countywide model mapping qualification outputs against employer demand to identify priority sector gaps and future workforce needs. I also contribute to the Get Norfolk Working Local Plan, producing district-level insight that supports local authorities, providers, and partners to align interventions where they are most needed.Most recently, I have been supporting the Norfolk Economic Strategy Local Growth Plan, providing data-driven analysis to guide investment priorities, productivity ambitions, and skills-system reforms that underpin Norfolk’s long-term growth.I’m driven by the goal of using robust analytics to support inclusive economic development and ensure public investment lands where it creates the greatest impact.
