Working in the Software industry for nearly 19 years, I have gained a variety of experience in SDLC, with my beginnings in R&D with C++, in niche telecom equipments and application softwares with Telecom giants, growing into Technofunctional roles, where I have led globally diverse and cross functional teams. With my curious nature, have found myself in Solutioning and designing roles for various customers over the years.Currently I am working on designing intelligent VoIP network elements for the Verizon Advanced Communications Platform. My day to day work includes working with SIP protocols, regulatory compliances, RFC standards, and more, enabling the delivery of tailored VoIP solutions across diverse telecom markets. I specialize in translating complex business requirements into high-level and event-driven low-level designs to support seamless implementation. Also working on platform modernization by reducing dependencies on traditional PBX systems and legacy applications.
