Over the last 7+ years, I’ve worked in MNCs and startups, across Ed-tech, e-commerce, and SaaS products, helping work run more smoothly and predictably.A lot of what I do involves looking at recurring issues, understanding what’s really causing them, and working with different teams to reduce or remove them over time.Along the way, I’ve:1.
