   Payments: Launched a secondary payment processor EBanx in the Chile and Columbia markets. Helped in improving customer experience by routing traffic to a secondary processor. In case of outages through a single processor, the traffic was split to a secondary processor automatically so that the customer has a seamless payments experience. Tech: Java• Frontend: Launching a payment method Lydia in Mexico that allows for balance and transaction within the Amazon site and bank transfers. Mainly worked on developing the front end and coordinating with the backend team. Tech: REST, Typescript, React JS• Created metrics to monitor performance in a better way using dashboards thereby leading to faster debugging of high-severity issues. Impact : Reduced debug time• Reduced the ticket count of the team by creating proper SOPs for clients and dependent teams. Impact: Fewer tickets in queue and Operational excellence.
