Rajiv is a senior management professional, part of the Sopra Steria India leadership team, with over 21 years of experience in IT industry with proven leadership in driving medium to large Transformational Engagements. Rajiv has a long track record of successfully delivering strategic business change programmes to a diverse range of organisations predominantly in the travel and aviation industry.Rajiv has a unique combination of very strong technical, managerial, and leadership skills. He holds end-to-end responsibilities for the cloud business, relationship management, account management, customer engagement, financial performance, and service delivery of large-sized complex programs. Presently Rajiv is heading Cloud Center of Excellence in Sopra Steria at the Group level. Rajiv has defined Sopra Steria Cloud Offering and GoTo market strategy. Rajiv is also responsible for building Cloud accelerator to differentiate Sopra Steria in the marketplace. He has also taken a larger objective of talent transformation which will support the transformation of Sopra Steria business portfolio mix. In the current role, Rajiv has been able to win cloud deals from many, around 10, European large customers. In addition, Rajiv is also responsible for delivering the Digital Enablement Platform, which is Digital components on top of Hybrid Cloud leveraging Azure StackIn previous role Rajiv was head of Transport and Utility vertical for UK business, leading business having annual revenue ~£15 Million, which includes large enterprise IT engagement with a low-cost airline business in the UK generating annual revenue over £10 Million and in Utilities space over £5 Million. He took charge of the Airline account when it was only a 7 member team and provided effective leadership to grow over £10 Million account, engaged in a multi-site and multi-cultural onshore-offshore delivery model. He possesses an in-depth understanding of next age business, technology, and industrialization advances in the field of Software engineering. Rajiv, over the years, has built skills and expertise in building strong relationships with the customers, understanding their strategic business needs, making convincing and innovative business transformational proposals towards achieving the strategic objectives, and finally delivering the transformation to add high business value to the customers. This approach helped Rajiv to grow several accounts significantly over the years.
