Key Responsibilities:1. Comprehensive development of ICMS options for various modules (e.g. Export, Import, Disposal, Courier and Digi Docs) for both International and Domestic cargo.2. Successful migration of Legacy System of cargo management software named ICMS 1.0 To ICMS 1.1 (Web based) with the help of Vendor and Ops Team.3. Periodically maintain system register of Party, PDA and GST registrations in ICMS System.4. Provide necessary Support and Training to ICMS Users for all operations related to Cargo movement.5. Generation of monthly MIS Report with data analysis and retrieval from multiple sources (i.e. ICMS, CPMS (AAI) and Airlines).6. Comprehensive system support of Disposal cargo including submission of report and inventory update to Disposal In-charge.Achievements:1. Cross training of around 50 people, who are involved in Export and Import cargo operations for New ICMS 1.1 (Web based) Software Modules.
