I’m an MBA student specializing in Operations Management & Digital Marketing, with a growing interest in how large systems run behind the scenes. During my internship at Visakhapatnam Port Authority, I got the chance to see how port operations really work - from documentation and cargo handling to coordinating processes across multiple teams. It showed me how much impact well-structured operations can have, not just on efficiency but also on people’s day-to-day work.What excites me most about operations is the challenge of making things run smoother. I like to look at a process, understand where it slows down, and figure out small changes that can save time, reduce errors, or improve flow. Over time, I want to take this mindset into roles where I can contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence.I believe in learning by doing, staying adaptable, and working closely with people to solve problems. My goal is simple: to grow into an operations professional who helps organizations work more efficiently and effectively, one process at a time.
