The most interesting part of MedTech isn\'t just the technology itself, but how it ultimately gets adopted and used in clinical practice.Over 3+ years in medical devices, I\'ve been involved in bringing new products to market, expanding portfolios, and driving clinical adoption across orthopedics, sports medicine, cardiovascular interventions, and surgical robotics. That work has meant sitting at the table with surgeons, engineers, and sales teams - understanding what it takes for a technology to actually get used in practice, not just get launched.Lately I\'ve been drawn to how AI, data, and immersive technologies are changing that equation - and I\'ve been building hands-on experience in those areas through projects spanning healthcare analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven product development.Always up for a conversation with people working on what\'s next.
