My approach is trauma-informed, culturally relevant, and deeply connected to real-world experiences—helping scholars recognize their voices and stories as purposeful and powerful. Through hands-on projects and open discussions, we create spaces for thinking, healing, and artistic exploration. Art isn’t just a class, an elective, or an area of study—it’s a pathway for scholars to reclaim their narratives and reimagine their futures in the now, beyond bars.\"
