   I created the Contagious Culture Conference because I saw a growing gap between how nonprofit leadership is often discussed and what leaders actually need to sustain their work. Too many conferences inspire people for a moment, but leave them overwhelmed, burned out, or unsure of what to do next.I wanted to build something different a national convening that functions as a working room, not just a stage. The Contagious Culture Conference brings nonprofit founders, executive directors, board members, funders, and operators together for honest conversations, practical tools, and real implementation around fundraising, leadership, systems, and culture.This conference was designed to meet leaders at different stages of growth, from those building their first systems to those navigating the pressures of scale and to help them move from survival to sustainability without losing their humanity or mission.At its core, Contagious Culture Conference exists to invest in the people behind the mission. When leaders are supported, culture becomes contagious and impact becomes sustainable.
