   Since returning to Hyderabad in 2022, I’ve been leading engineering efforts in the Azure Business Continuity Center service under the Azure BCDR organization. I began as a Technical Lead and soon progressed into a managerial role, where I now oversee a team responsible for building resilient services that help customers manage, govern, and monitor protection data across Azure’s native and 1P disaster recovery solutions. In parallel, I led the development of the Azure Resilience Management capability, which empowers customers to define resiliency goals, get system-driven recommendations, orchestrate disaster recovery workflows, and conduct scheduled mock drills. These innovations have laid the foundation for a proactive, goal-driven approach to resilience in the cloud.Before this, from 2016 to 2022, I was based in Redmond where I contributed to the early design and scale-out of Azure Customer Acquisition & Billing and Azure Reserved Instances. As a core contributor and later a tech lead, I helped grow this cloud cost optimization platform into a multi-billion-dollar business. I was responsible for building the Benefits Publisher Platform, which streamlined the application of reserved instances, savings plans, and software subscriptions—ultimately helping enterprise customers maximize their Azure investments with ease and transparency.My journey at Microsoft began in 2013 in Hyderabad, where I worked on feature development and maintenance across msn.com, MSN apps, and Office core applications. These formative years provided a strong foundation in product engineering, platform stability, and cross-team collaboration, which later enabled me to take on more strategic, customer-impacting roles.
