I\'m licensed and certified to train this methodology and I use group coaching classes, one on one sessions, retreats, seminars and accountability groups to help busy executives and business professionals find spiritual/emotional health and self care rituals that allow us to access peace, clarity and confidence to cure depression, overwhelm and stress.
