Responsible for managing the day to day operations, budgets and building staff of a self owned and managed (32BJ Union/Non-Union) residential & commercial landlord throughout the New York City (all 5 boroughs), Westchester and Connecticut. Reporting directly to the owners daily. Responsibilities includes:*Maintaining a safe working environment for both residents and building staff.*Handle all tenant complaints and disputes amongst each other.*Swiftly cure any violations issued to buildings within our portfolio by NYC agencies (HPD, DOB, DOH, etc).*Supervise all repairs made within the building by staff or outside contractors (plumbing, electrical, General contractors, etc).
