Driven by a passion for technology and human-centric design, I am dedicated to empowering individuals through effective learning strategies, learning technology integration, mindfulness practices, coaching, and psychology, enabling them to find balance and thrive. With extensive global experience in developing strategies and implementing impactful learning interventions for multinational corporations, I currently lead the Learning & Development function for Expedia Group India. Passionate about simplifying and enhancing practicality, I connect the dots and leverage cutting-edge, human-centric, and technology-centered learning strategies. Throughout my career, I have excelled in navigating complex matrix structures, conceptualizing and executing learning strategies, and establishing global learning benchmarks, technology initiatives, processes, policies, and governance. My professional journey encompasses diverse roles, including software engineer, instructional designer, L&D leader, learning technology implementer, leadership trainer, and leadership coach. As an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), I am deeply committed to workplace well-being and the role of modern mindfulness in preventing burnout and promoting work-life balance, especially for hybrid workers. I have had the privilege of assisting numerous clients in goal-setting, vision development, purpose alignment, strategic thinking, burnout prevention, personal mastery, and successful life transitions.
