ABOUT KRISH RAJGOPAL

I am a Enterprise Architect / Technology leader at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, AI driven transformation, and Enterprise security. With over two decades of experience modernising data centres, leading large-scale migrations, and building resilient infrastructure for global financial institutions, I now focus on how artificial intelligence can transform enterprise systems securely and responsibly.My career began in engineering and R&D, working on high-performance computing, low latency applications, and Fibre Channel SAN fabrics. I then delivered data centre migrations and consolidations across Europe and the UK, before moving into programme management as a Service Transition Manager for a tier-1 investment banks, where I successfully transitioned multi-million Global Ops and subsequently led Centres of Excellence (CoE)As my career progressed into senior technology leadership and product Management, I defined product roadmaps, ran programmes that reduced cost, Tech debt, and risk exposure across critical financial platforms. In these roles, I led major incident recovery of customer facing online banking Apps, ran global war rooms, and executed transformation initiatives that improved service resilience and operational efficiency. Since 2022, I have expanded my focus to artificial intelligence and cybersecurity.
