I have 3+ years of experience in corporate sector, working on Contract Lifecycle Management including- 1. Abstraction of key clauses, Document reviewing, QC, Redlining, Negotiation, dealing with Commercial contracts such as MSA, NDA, WO, SOW, PO, OF, Amendments, Vendor Agreements Software Agreement, Subscription Agreement and so on. I also have experience in drafting company and business policies such as Privacy Policy, T&C, EULA.
