I lead business development and go-to-market strategy for Risk Consulting, working at the intersection of private equity, enterprise risk and business transformation. My focus is on building and scaling high-impact client relationships, shaping demand and delivering integrated risk advisory solutions that protect and enhance enterprise value. I work closely with private equity firms, corporates and boards across the investment lifecycle — from pre-investment due diligence to post-acquisition risk transformation and ongoing managed services. My role spans end-to-end sales strategy, opportunity origination, solutioning and execution across a comprehensive suite of risk offerings. I focus on translating complex risk landscapes into actionable insights and structured programs that support investment decisions, strengthen governance and build resilient, scalable businesses. My current role builds on a diverse leadership background across marketing, brand strategy and business transformation in leading telecom, apparel and retail organizations. I have led large-scale initiatives spanning brand positioning, integrated marketing, digital transformation, CRM and customer experience — driving both national scale (PAN India) and hyperlocal market impact. I have also worked extensively on strategic communications and stakeholder engagement, including interactions with government and regulatory bodies — shaping narratives, managing reputational considerations and aligning business priorities with broader institutional frameworks. This combination of commercial, operational and advisory experience allows me to bring a uniquely integrated perspective — connecting growth, governance and risk into a cohesive value creation agenda.
