Growing up, I used to dismantle any toy that had a motor just to see how it works. In my teens, I would order PC components online, build the PCs in my bedroom and sell them to friends and college colleagues. I was also the designated “computer guy” for friends, family, and neighbours …. safe to say that’s how I figured out I love technology. Over the past 12+ years, I’ve combined technical fluency with commercial focus to deliver projects across software (SaaS), infrastructure, security, and operational processes. My career started in the NFP sector, where I developed skills in data, CRM, and process improvement, before spending 7 years in the public sector (local govt / housing) leading digital transformation initiatives, IT migrations, and PMO practices.I\'m a PRINCE2 and MSP practitioner, and in my current role as Operations Project Manager at 3 Oaks Gaming, I leverage this breadth of experience to deliver projects that support the growth of a fast-paced, regulated iGaming business.I am a self-motivated individual, delivery focused, naturally curious, with an intrinsic desire to motivate and lead by example, and I always enjoy a challenge.
