Store Operations - Analyze store operations, identifying areas for improvement in areas like store operations, finance management, people management, inventory management, and cost control- Directing and planing to improve store internal efficiency which helps store team productivity- Monitoring store KPI’s and SM training and development- Ensure visual merchandising guidelines are implemented across all stores, driving customer engagement and sales- Develop and execute plans to improve underperforming stores.Franchisee & Stakeholder Management- Foster strong relationships with franchisees, driving business growth and success- Partnering marketing activities with the partnered Mall Mangement during mall events and regional festival- Manage relationships with internal and external key stakeholders, including Business Development.Merchandise & Inventory Management- Monitor inventory reports and audit findings, optimizing stock levels- Collaborate with Buying and Merchandising teams to maximise stock potential and drivesales.Market Analysis & Business Development- Conduct competition analysis to inform business strategy and identifyopportunities/threats- Evaluate business potential for the region, driving growth and expansion- Provide final opinion on site selection for new stores, collaborating with Business Development teams.New Store Openings- Execute store launch plans, ensuring smooth openings and minimizing downtime- Monitor launch processes, ensuring successful store launches
