Cost savings of UKP 1.2 M by consolidating and reusing MQ broker license cost, which was the part Barclays Strategic Initiative 2019 Led the team to deliver manual migration from MQ7/IIB9 to chef build MQ8/IIB10 in Corporate Banking, Tier0 services and DB migration from Oracle 11G to 12c RAC which is impacting entire corporate backing system on time with 0 defect. This helped bank to make builds chef compliant which is regulatory requirement.
