A better description of my recent roles is \"Curator of Great Ideas\". I love building programs or \"ecosystems\" that help financial advisors and teams ascend to the next level. These “ecosystems” have allowed me to create many programs, two of which won industry awards over the years. Before being the Director of Practice Management at Raymond James, I was a financial advisor, operations manager and a branch manager. Previously I\'ve managed an insurance agency, a registered investment advisory firm and even ran the nuclear reactor on a Navy submarine for a while. To maximize engagement with teams and clients, I\'ve hosted podcasts, written magazine articles, and authored an investor/advisor education book entitled “The Family Financial Almanac.”
