1. Senior Director of Product Design

   I lead a multidisciplinary UX studio totalling around 50 designers, researchers, strategists, and managers in Microsoft Digital. Our mission is to deliver accessible, consumer grade AI infused experiences to customers and employees. My teams focus on: Microsoft Places (coming soon)- a new connected workplace platform that will reimagine hybrid and in-person work. This platform delivers solutions that coordinate where work happens, modernize the office with intelligent technology, and optimize the workplace for changing needs. Smart Campus - creating and executing on the vision for the new multi-billion dollar Microsoft smart campus covering all digital touch points, from kiosks and digital signage to hybrid meeting room environments, to mobile and web apps to unlock the power of a digital campus. HR experiences - focusing on two areas: the tools and experiences used by employees to support their lives at Microsoft, and the tools used by our HR business partners to directly support their work. These experiences cover everything from performance and rewards, to mentoring and learning, to career development and talent planning, and beyond. MyHub - MyHub is a standalone iOS and Android app that defragments the plethora of disconnected employee tools and unfies them in a single consumer grade, accessible app. Our goal is to streamline common employee tasks like ordering shuttles, reporting time off, ordering lunch ahead, booking meeting rooms, and more. CELA experiences - Covering our Corporate, External and Legal Affairs team, the CELA design team crafts efficient user centred experiences for our legal professionals, Microsoft\'s philanthropic initiatives, and immigration programs. As a design director I partner with my multidisciplinary leads to create the vision for employee experience across Microsoft, develop and execute on strategy, build and develop team and design culture, and attract, grow, and retain talent.
