As an accomplished professional in warehouse operations and site management, I have a proven track record leading large-scale projects, including the Jio 5G expansion and upgradation initiatives in Chhattisgarh Circle. My expertise spans risk assessment, SLP audits, material audits, and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure operational excellence across network sites.With a strong focus on optimizing security costs and enhancing governance, I have successfully coordinated cross-functional teams, including NHQ Transport & Finance Team, to drive initiatives like PDIMS and transporter recoveries.
