Then, we get frustrated when they don\'t excel.That isn\'t a talent problem; it\'s a support problem.I created this platform to end the \"sink or swim\" culture. It’s the easier way to ensure no employee is ever left behind, giving them the daily investment they need to stop guessing and start mastering their role.
