By using advanced data analytics, incorporated a higher-level marketing strategy to skyrocket sales by new customers to 92.9% of all the company’s revenue. Designed an easy-to-implement upsell technique that gained 28% more revenue in an industry with a 9% upsell average by selling a premium product that was 3.5X more expensive than the average product. Built-out 5 new locations from scratch for two client companies. Designed a joint venture partnership program with 52 strategic partners to reach an additional 780K warm prospective clients.
