I hold a B. Sc.(Hons) and M. Sc. degree in Physics from Banaras Hindu University, and I obtained my PhD from Physical Research Laboratory (PRL), Ahmedabad. My academic journey includes over 8 years of postdoctoral experience at esteemed institutions both in India and abroad. I spent 1.4 years at PRL, Ahmedabad, 2 years at KASI in South Korea, 3 years at IIA, Bangalore, and 2.5 years as a Research Associate at the University of Delhi. I worked as an Assistant Professor II at ICSP, Kolkata for about 2 years.Throughout my career, I have contributed significantly to the field of physics, with a portfolio comprising more than 39 research papers published in peer-reviewed journals.    Greetings, I am Ashish Raj, currently serving as an Expert (Assistant Professor) at Uttar Pradesh State Institute of Forensic Science (UPSIFS), Lucknow, U.P, India. I proudly hold a Life Membership with the Astronomical Society of India and am also an individual member of the International Astronomical Union (IAU). Furthermore, I have previously been a member of the Korean Astronomical Society.My primary focus of research lies in the exploration of transient sources, early type stars, and star clusters. It is my passion and dedication to unravel the mysteries of these celestial phenomena that drives my work in the field of astronomy.
