   Head of Engineering (manager-of-managers, L7) for CloudAuth (CA) Service and TransitiveAuth (TA)- foundational global-scale services inside Amazon SDO securing Quadrillion requests per month- Charter impacts more than XXk services, Xk teams, XXk developers across Amazon Store, Devices, and Others (SDO)- Leading a team of SDMs, Software Engineers, Senior Software Engineers, Principal Engineer, and TPMs to define product roadmap and execute against it- As Ring-0 and tier-0 service, CA secures all service-to-service calls across XXk Amazon SDO services whereas TA ensures that all calls have right security and privacy contexts- STO for SDKs & libraries used by Amazon SDO developers (xxk+) to initiate, propagate, validated TA context for fine-grained access control decisions- Leading fine-grained access control (FGAC) initiatives with focus on zero-trust, compliance, and privacy controls such as Digital Marketplace Act (DMA)- To support Amazon’s compliance to Digital Markets Act (DMA), led development of new TA products. In less than 12 months grew it from 0 to 4.5k services- Scaled CA Transactions per second (TPS) by 10X (Prime Day 2023 vs. Prime Day 2024). Currently high-traffic CA regions can handle up to X million in regional TPS- Reduced $XX Million in AWS IMR cost by introducing various improvements. This was reported as win in SVP level efficiency business report- Delivered TA support for other customer privacy and data handling initiatives such as Quebec\'s Law 25, UK and EU GDPR for Amazon Ads, etc.
