Leading data and AI product delivery for one of the most data-intensive financial institutions in the US — owning requirements, roadmap, and cross-functional execution across Operations, Finance, and Product teams. Most recently architected and shipped a production multi-agent AI system: an orchestrated Copilot-based validation platform with 4 specialized agents (Excel extraction → SQL generation → Snowflake query execution → automated test case generation), built on Claude Sonnet 4.6 with Snowflake MCP integration. This replaced a fully manual QA process and cut data error rates by 90%.What I own: Product strategy and roadmap for data and AI platform initiatives PRDs and user stories translated from stakeholder interviews with Finance, Ops, and Product leads End-to-end delivery of AI-powered automation workflows in Agile sprints Cross-functional collaboration across 4 business teams, 500+ end users 1TB+ Netezza → Snowflake cloud migration — scoped, coordinated, and validatedImpact: 90% reduction in data error rates via AI-driven validation 40% faster ETL processing through automation 30% reduction in executive time-to-insight 20% increase in campaign ROI across Marketing dashboards 40% cut in monthly Finance reporting prep timeStack: Python · SQL · Snowflake · Claude API · Multi-Agent Systems · Snowflake MCP · AWS · Tableau · Power BI · dbt · Airflow · JIRA

SKILLS
ABOUT ABHISHEK JAISWAL
I\'ve spent the last 5 years at the intersection of data and AI — building pipelines, shipping dashboards, and most recently, architecting multi-agent AI systems that actually run in production. My day job title is analyst. What I actually do is closer to product work: I talk to stakeholders to understand what they need, figure out what\'s technically feasible, build it, and measure whether it worked. At USAA (via TCS), that\'s meant everything from owning a 1TB+ cloud data migration to shipping a Copilot-based AI validation system with 4 specialized agents — Excel extraction, SQL generation, Snowflake query execution, and automated test case generation — all orchestrated and running inside VS Code. The part I find genuinely interesting is the translation layer. Most data problems aren\'t really data problems. They\'re communication problems, or process problems, or \"nobody agreed on a definition\" problems. I like sitting in that gap between the technical team and the business and figuring out what\'s actually being asked. Technically, I work in Python, SQL, Snowflake, and AWS. I\'ve built with LLMs, run A/B tests, written PRDs, and managed Agile sprints. But the skill I use most is knowing which question to ask before writing a single line of code. Currently exploring AI Product Manager roles where the product is the AI — if that\'s something your team is hiring for, I\'d genuinely like to talk. a••••••••@rutgers.edu
