Elect are a chartered surveying practice regulated by the RICS. Elect was established in 2014 providing a capital allowances service. In 2015 Elect acquired long established capital allowances and R&D Tax Advising firm TaxAdjusters adding an R&D Tax advice arm to their business and strengthening their capital allowances team and experience. In 2017 Elect brought in the quantity surveying practice Stamp Associates, providing a full quantity surveying service arm to the business. Elect now provide advice and consultancy in the following areas- Capital Allowances- R&D Tax Credits- Land Remediation Relief- Quantity Surveying- Bank Monitoring
