ABOUT IAIN BLAIR
I work with CIOs and Heads of Transformation under pressure to deliver change. Nearly 30 years in recruitment have taught me one thing: technology transformation only succeeds when you have the right people driving it, the best technology alone isn’t enough. I’ve been fortunate to work with some of the UK’s most recognisable consumer and tech brands, helping them solve complex talent challenges and build teams that deliver lasting impact. From supporting The Burton Group through its split in the mid-90s, to partnering with M&S, ASOS, Boots and JD Williams through major periods of change in the \'00s /\'10\'s, I’ve seen first-hand how the right people can transform a business.Later that decade, I was fortunate to partner with River Island, supporting all their permanent and contract technology hires throughout a multi-year digital transformation that completely reshaped their business. Alongside this, I’ve led numerous executive search assignments for technology leadership roles across consumer-focused organisations, work that continues today.More recently, as the landscape has shifted, I’ve worked closely with the next generation of high-growth tech businesses, from green tech pioneers like Arenko to fintech innovators like Moneyhub. Across every project, my passion has remained the same: solving talent challenges that unlock business success.Through all of this, I’ve built an incredible network of technology leaders I’ve learned from, collaborated with and supported, a network I truly value and continue to grow.Channelling all of this experience, at Revoco, we partner with businesses to build high-impact teams that drive meaningful technology and business transformation.
