Full Category Management in all SDLC & Change Management disciplines in an agile environment. Drive improvements of the Groups’ Tech Services capability, drive efficiencies and align supplier sourcing activity to Group strategies. Partner with senior stakeholders to understand current and future needs and to educate on Procurement process and sourcing / commercial models. Daily interface with Corporate, Technology and Software Procurement functions, Group Risk, Compliance, Business Continuity and Legal.Key Achievements: Numerous high-value sourcing activities delivered (~£80M) £3M+ savings / cost avoidance Ter 1 & 2 new supplier negotiations Imbedded as Tech Services SME to all stakeholders in areas supported Developed ITO supplier strategies that align to Group strategy Delivered detailed knowledge of Tier 1 relationships to provide competitive position across LSEG
