As Director of Strategic Partnerships at The Advanced Services Group - Aston Business School, my role involves working with industry to transfer and translate the specialist #servitization research coming out of the group to help firms, manufacturers in particular, to develop their own advanced services vision. Having worked with over 350 manufacturing firms on this transformative topic, I have the stories to share, the case studies to disseminate and evidence of the impact (Servitization Applied - a book of 30 case studies with evidence of >£10m in new service revenues).
