I am a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 30 years experience in the Planning, Design and Construction of a wide variety of highway schemes including residential and commercial development infrastructure, local authority traffic management schemes and trunk roads and motorways. My main area of expertise lies in the Design and Construction of Strategic Highways procured under the Design and Build or Design, Build, Finance and Operate forms of contract. As a Project Manager with a proven track record in this particular field, I am experienced in leading and managing large multidisciplinary teams during the tender, design and construction phases of the project life cycle.
